Some really long exposures 6-10 seconds (ISO 200) of her sleeping in her crib. There were no lights on so I had to guess the focus manually. The last shot was only a half second at ISO 3200 for ...more

Went to Lake Panasofkee to see my Mom (Nan), Grandmother, Aunt Martha, Aunt Michelle, Uncle Michael, Aunt Denise, and Cousin Eric.

I personally like the last photos #33 and #41. Maybe they're too close up, but they strike me none the less.

A good photo day, but the daily trend, no matter how you look at it... has ended. I should be able to take some on the 14th... She's starting to smile more.

First day out of town and she still got photos... Will it last? Um.... No.

I'll be in California next week so I must apologize to Sophie's Fan Club... There probably won't be any photos posted until the end of next week. Hopefully we'll have some taken each day, so there ...more

Shot these on the tripod with only a single 60 watt bulb on in relative darkness. The slow shutter gives a different look.

A little more thought went into today's photos. Late night with low light so instead of my usual black and white... I decided to drop the saturation a little bit instead. I sort of like the result. A ...more

little more muted and pastel than real life, but pleasant and it hides the chroma noise of the high ISO settings. Come to think of it, I've almost always photograph Sophie at ISO 800 with a low of 400 and a high of 3200... Perhaps I'll take some rich velvety ISO 100 shots from a tripod tomorrow or sometime soon (maybe outside when the sun is low in the sky)?

Day 39 the adventure continues. These photos are after many sleepless hours. She looks peaceful, but don't let her fool you, she had quite the rambunctious morning.

Big day today... She met the other Rivergy bachelors today... Jackson, Daniel, and Roman. More photos of them under Thames and Lord family folders. And she held up her head today.

Veronica, Victor, Uncle Michael, Eric, and Doug came by to see Sophie. We went to Rob & Sarah's for her birthday.

Not many photos today, we snapped a couple right before midnight. We had water coming into the kitchen from upstairs... After calling out a 24 hour plumber it turned out the overflow pipe in our tub ...more
